Your trust matters. This policy explains what personal information Hylivo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
Information we collect
When you book a call, send an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
During coaching we may keep brief session notes. These are stored securely and used only to support your progress.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, arrange and deliver sessions, send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve our services. We never sell your personal information.
Sharing and storage
We use trusted providers for scheduling, email and payments. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Information is kept only as long as necessary, and session notes are deleted twelve months after our work ends unless you ask otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time by emailing hello@hylivo.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies to keep it working well and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.
